Agreement amending Guidelines for exercising resources for paving actions in municipalities derived from foreign used vehicle regularization proceeds in fiscal year 2023, published January 31, 2023 and amended April 28 and August 3, 2023
This Agreement amends, adds to, and repeals provisions of the Guidelines governing federal subsidies for municipal paving actions derived from proceeds generated by the regularization of used foreign vehicles during fiscal year 2023. It authorizes the Budget Policy and Control Unit to transfer subsidies to Federative Entities during the first two months of fiscal year 2024 and allows Municipalities to commit, accrue, and pay these resources until December 31, 2024. Unspent funds and financial returns must be returned to the Treasury of the Federation (TESOFE) within 15 natural days following the end of the fiscal year, and a fee equivalent to one per thousand of the total agreement amount is allocated to the Superior Audit Office of the Federation for oversight.
