Agreement amending Guidelines for paving resources in municipalities derived from proceeds of regularization of used vehicles of foreign origin during 2023 fiscal year, published January 31, 2023
This Agreement amends numerals 1, 4 section II, and 10 subsection a) of the Guidelines for the use of resources for paving actions in municipalities derived from the regularization of used vehicles of foreign origin during the 2023 fiscal year. The revisions align the Guidelines with the Decree fostering such regularization as reformed on March 31, 2023, extending its validity to June 30, 2023, adding San Luis Potosí and Tlaxcala as beneficiary federal entities, and excluding Puebla. Under the amended numeral 10, the Budget Policy and Control Unit must communicate corresponding amounts to each municipality within 20 natural days following the end of each month based on Tax Administration Service information. The Agreement enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
