Agreement amending provisions of the Guidelines for paving actions in municipalities using proceeds from regularization of used foreign vehicles for fiscal year 2023, published January 31 and amended April 28, 2023
This agreement amends numerals 1, 4 section II, 13 last paragraph, and 16 subsection f of the Guidelines for the use of resources for paving actions in municipalities derived from proceeds of used foreign vehicle regularization during fiscal year 2023. The revisions update references to the Decree fostering such regularization to include its extensions valid until September 30, 2023, and the addition of Hidalgo state as a beneficiary entity. The agreement enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
