Agreement Announcing Fees for the Transfer of National Waters
The Agreement of February 27, 2024, published in the Official Gazette on February 29, 2024, establishes the specific fees for the transfer of national waters for the 2024 fiscal year. These fees, calculated using the formula in Article 223-Bis of the Federal Rights Law, apply to taxpayers who directly transfer or indirectly benefit from the transfer of national waters between hydrological basins. The rates are determined by the extraction source and the destination zones, charged per cubic meter or thousand cubic meters transferred during the quarter. The agreement entered into force the day following its publication.
