Agreement Announcing Tax Incentive Amounts for Gasoline Sales in the Border Region with the United States for the Specified Period
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit announces the specific tax incentive amounts applicable to the sale of gasoline in the 20-kilometer border zone and the territory between 20 and 45 kilometers from the international border with the United States. These incentives apply to municipalities in Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas for the period from June 14 to June 20, 2025. The amounts vary by zone, distance from the border, and octane rating, with incentives ranging from $0.000 to $4.550 for gasoline under 91 octanes and up to $3.410 for gasoline 91 octanes or higher. The agreement entered into force on June 13, 2025, the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
