Agreement Announcing Tax Incentives for Gasoline and Diesel in the Fishing and Agricultural Sectors for July 2025
The Agreement of June 12, 2025, establishes that the tax incentive percentages for gasoline under 91 octanes and diesel for the fishing and agricultural sectors are 0.00% for July 2025. These percentages apply to the reduced quotas published in the Official Journal of the Federation, and the resulting total amount, including value-added tax, is applied to reduce fuel prices for beneficiaries. The agreement entered into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
