Agreement announcing the update of Annexes "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E" of the General Provisions establishing the Investment Regime for Specialized Investment Societies for Retirement Funds, published on May 31, 2019, with modifications published on May 6, 2021
Annexes "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E" of the General Provisions establishing the Investment Regime for Specialized Investment Societies for Retirement Funds are updated to reflect the corporate name change of Moody's de México to Moody's Local MX, S.A. de C.V., I.C.V. The modification constitutes solely a change in nomenclature regarding local credit rating scales without altering the credit risk level or payment capacity of rated issuers. The Agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation and repeals the previous versions of the cited Annexes.
