Agreement Authorizing the Contribution of Two Properties to the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Interoceanic Corridor Without Disincorporation from Federal Public Domain
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets authorizes the contribution of two federal properties, totaling 4,184,474.47 square meters, to the patrimony of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Interoceanic Corridor for the establishment of Development Poles for Well-being, without disincorporating them from the Federal public domain regime. The Corridor Interoceanic del Istmo de Tehuantepec is responsible for covering all taxes, fees, and expenses arising from this operation, and must execute the corresponding contract within one year of the agreement's entry into force or face its nullification. The properties remain subject to specific regulations for paraestatal public administration entities and cannot be alienated without authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
