Agreement Declaring Ineffective the Previous Agreement to Disincorporate Federal Public Domain Property at Paseo de la Reforma 1030 and Authorizing Its Reincorporation
The Instituto de Administración y Avalúos de Bienes Nacionales declares the May 6, 2022 agreement authorizing the disincorporation and onerous alienation of the property at Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 1030, Mexico City, to be without effect. The agreement formally reincorporates the 888.495-square-meter property, registered as 9-17600-5, back into the Federal Public Domain regime following its physical and legal return by the Instituto para Devolver al Pueblo lo Robado. This action concludes the interim custody arrangement established in June 2022 and terminated in November 2023.
