Agreement Designating a Portion of the Acapulco Convention Center for the ISSSTE Hospital
The agreement designates a 68,556.2740 square meter portion of the Acapulco Convention Center for the construction of a 250-bed Regional High Specialization Hospital by the ISSSTE. The ISSSTE is authorized to use the property for this purpose but retains no ownership rights, must cover all maintenance and insurance costs, and must obtain necessary construction permits. If the ISSSTE ceases to use the property or uses it for a different purpose without authorization, the asset will be returned to the administration of the IAABN.
