Agreement Designating Federal Property to the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de México
The agreement designates the federal property known as "Escuela Preparatoria Federal por Cooperación 2/74" to the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de México for continued use as Plantel 66 Temascalcingo II. The recipient organization is obligated to cover maintenance and insurance costs, obtain necessary permits for any construction, and refrain from changing the property's use without prior authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. If the property is no longer needed or used for the designated purpose, it will be returned to the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets for direct administration.
