Agreement Designating Federal Property to the Municipality of Atoyac for Use as a Municipal Cemetery
The Agreement designates the federal property known as "Panteón Fracción 15 Atoyac," covering 91,155.25 square meters in Veracruz, to the Municipality of Atoyac for use as a municipal cemetery. The Municipality is obligated to maintain the property, cover associated costs, and obtain necessary construction permits, while retaining only usage rights without acquiring ownership. If the property is used for a different purpose or abandoned without authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, it will be returned to the direct administration of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
