Agreement Designating Federal Real Estate to the Consejo Mexiquense de Ciencia y Tecnología
The Agreement of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets designates two federal properties to the Consejo Mexiquense de Ciencia y Tecnología for the creation of the CIIRPAMEX research center. The recipient organization is authorized to use the properties for this specific purpose and must cover all maintenance, insurance, and permit costs, while retaining no ownership rights. Any change in use or cessation of use without prior authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit will result in the immediate reversion of the properties to the Institute.
