The designated entity must maintain the property for this specific purpose, cover all conservation and maintenance costs, and obtain necessary permits for any construction or modification work. If the property is used for a different purpose without prior authorization from the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, or if it is no longer needed, it will be withdrawn from service and administered directly by the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
