Agreement Designating the Federal Property 'Coordinación Estatal de la Guardia Nacional Campeche' to the National Guard
The agreement designates the federal property known as the 'Coordinación Estatal de la Guardia Nacional Campeche, Coordinación del Batallón de Seguridad en Carreteras e Instalaciones Campeche y Estación Campeche' (Federal Real Estate Registry 4-1386-7, 1,727 square meters) to the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection for use by its decentralized administrative body, the National Guard. The National Guard is authorized to continue using the property as the State Coordination and Police Station Campeche, provided it maintains this specific use without prior authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit for any changes. The National Guard is obligated to safeguard the property, cover all conservation and maintenance expenses, and obtain necessary local and federal permits for any construction or modification works, while retaining only the right to use the property without acquiring ownership or real rights.
