Agreement Designating the Federal Property 'DDR Istmo' to the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development
The agreement designates the federal property known as "DDR Istmo," covering 2,652.635 square meters in Santo Domingo Tehuantepec, Oaxaca, to the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development for use as administrative offices. The Secretariat is obligated to maintain the property, cover associated costs, and obtain necessary permits for any construction or modification, while retaining only the right to use the property without acquiring ownership. If the property is used for a different purpose without authorization from the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, or if it is no longer needed, it will be withdrawn from service and administered directly by the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
