Agreement Designating the Federal Property 'Garita km 72 Samalayuca' to the National Institute of Migration
The agreement designates the federal property known as "Garita km 72 Samalayuca," covering 570,134.7800 square meters in Ahumada, Chihuahua, to the National Institute of Migration for use as a Migratory Station. The National Institute of Migration is required to maintain the property, cover associated costs, and obtain necessary permits for any construction or modifications. If the property is used for a different purpose or is no longer needed without prior authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, it will be returned to the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets. The agreement entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
