Agreement Designating the Federal Real Estate Known as Club Deportivo de Acapulco to FONATUR
The agreement designates the federal property known as Club Deportivo de Acapulco, located in Acapulco, Guerrero, to the National Fund for Tourism Development (FONATUR) for use as a public area for sports, tourism, and leisure activities, as well as for business consolidation. FONATUR is obligated to maintain the property, cover associated costs, and obtain necessary construction permits, while retaining only the right to use the property without acquiring ownership. If FONATUR uses the property for a different purpose without authorization from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, or ceases its use, the property will be withdrawn and administered directly by the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
