This agreement destines the federal property denominated Federal Judicial Police, covering 694.00 square meters at Jaime Nunó Street number 25 in Mexico City, to the Government of Mexico City for implementing the Integral Security and Road Education Center. The Government of Mexico City must custody, maintain, and insure the property, and obtain necessary permits for any construction or modification, while ownership remains with the Federation. If the property is used for unauthorized purposes or is no longer needed, it will be withdrawn from service and administered directly by the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets. The agreement enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
