The Institute must designate a Single Administrator within 20 business days to convene an installation session for the Support Committee, issue space assignment certificates to occupying public institutions, and submit an Annual Administration, Operation, and Maintenance Program. Occupying institutions are required to contribute to conservation and maintenance costs based on operational needs, and the Institute will oversee strict compliance with these provisions.
