The National Banking and Securities Commission, based on Articles 14 and 16, first paragraph, fraction I of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, and in terms of what is provided for in Articles 4 and 28, second paragraph of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law and 63 of the Agreement establishing the General Provisions on Human Resources of the Federal Public Administration, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 22, 2024, as well as its reform, and
CONSIDERING
That with the aim of providing certainty and legal security to entities and private parties subject to the supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission, as well as to other authorities and the general public, regarding the administrative acts and procedures carried out before this Commission, it is necessary to establish the days that will be considered inactive and during which deadlines and terms will not run within said procedures, has resolved to issue the following:
AGREEMENT DETERMINING THE DAYS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED INACTIVE FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADMINISTRATIVE ACTS AND PROCEDURES THAT ARE OR MUST BE PROCESSED BEFORE THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION BY ENTITIES AND PERSONS SUBJECT TO THE SUPERVISION OF SAID COMMISSION, AS WELL AS BY AUTHORITIES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC
SINGLE.- The following days will be considered inactive for the purposes of administrative acts and procedures that are or must be processed before the National Banking and Securities Commission:
I. From December 22 to 26, 2025; from December 29, 2025, to January 2, 2026, as well as January 5 and 6, 2026.
II. The first Monday of February 2026 in commemoration of February 5.
III. The third Monday of March 2026 in commemoration of March 21.
IV. April 2 and 3, 2026.
V. May 1, 2026.
VI. May 5, 2026.
VII. September 16, 2026.
VIII. November 2, 2026, and the third Monday of said month in commemoration of November 20.
IX. Saturdays and Sundays.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, it will be the responsibility of the President of the National Banking and Securities Commission to enable the days deemed necessary for the attention of matters that, due to their characteristics, relevance, or urgency, so require.
During the inactive days and periods included in this Agreement, deadlines for said Commission to take knowledge of or resolve appropriately regarding applications or procedures managed before it will be understood as suspended.
During the period from December 22, 2025, to January 6, 2026, deadlines fixed in natural days for the National Banking and Securities Commission to resolve appropriately regarding applications or procedures managed before it and that are in the process of being attended will be understood as suspended.
TRANSITIONAL
SINGLE.- This Agreement will enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
