Agreement Determining the Mechanism for Setting Final Basic Supply Electricity Tariffs for the Indicated Period Due to the Declaration of Natural Disaster for Severe Rain, Strong Winds, and Flooding on October 24 and 25, 2023
This Agreement establishes a final basic supply electricity tariff of zero pesos for users in the municipalities of Acapulco de Juárez and Coyuca de Benítez in the state of Guerrero for consumption occurring in October, November, and December 2023 and January 2024. The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit issued this measure following the Declaration of Natural Disaster due to severe rain, strong winds, and flooding on October 24 and 25, 2023. Beginning February 1, 2024, standard final supply tariffs authorized in previous agreements from 2017, 2018, and 2023 will resume application.
