Agreement Disclosing the Report on Collectible Federal Revenue and Federal Participations for May 2025 and the Final Adjustment of Participations for the 2024 Fiscal Year

AGREEMENT by which the report on collectible federal revenue and federal participations, as well as the calculation procedures, for the month of May 2025 and for the final adjustment of participations of the 2024 exercise are made known.

AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE REPORT ON COLLECTIBLE FEDERAL REVENUE

AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS THE CALCULATION PROCEDURES,

FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2025 AND FOR THE FINAL ADJUSTMENT OF PARTICIPATIONS OF

THE 2024 FISCAL YEAR ARE MADE KNOWN.

ÉDGAR ABRAHAM AMADOR ZAMORA, Secretary of Treasury and Public Credit, based on the provisions of

Articles 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 26 of the Law of the

Tax Administration Service, and 3, 6 and 11, fraction XX of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of

Treasury and Public Credit, and

CONSIDERING

• The integration of the collectible federal revenue of the month of April 2025, with which the

participations in federal revenues for the month of May 2025 were calculated, as well as the relative to the

exercise of 2024, with which the differences of the final adjustment of this same

exercise were calculated, in accordance with Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A, 4th, 4th-A, 4th-B and 7th of the Law of

Fiscal Coordination, for the concept of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund;

the Audit and Revenue Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund;

the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the collectible federal revenue corresponding to the

municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise

enter or leave the country that are imported or exported, and of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund

for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the border or coasts

through which the exit of hydrocarbons from the country is materially carried out.

• The determination of the participation coefficients of the first, second and third parts of the growth of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Audit and Revenue Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the collectible federal revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise enter or leave the country that are imported or exported, and of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the exit of hydrocarbons from the country is materially carried out, with which the distribution of the participations of May 2025 and the final adjustment of 2024 was carried out, in accordance with Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A, 4th, 4th-A, 4th-B, 5th and 7th of the Law of Fiscal Coordination, and

• The distribution and integration of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Audit and Revenue Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the participations of the 0.136% of the collectible federal revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise enter or leave the country that are imported or exported, of the month of May 2025; the calculation of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the exit of hydrocarbons from the country is materially carried out, of the month of May 2025 and

AGREEMENT

First.- In compliance with the obligation contained in Article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, in the tables listed below, the collectible federal revenue of April 2025 is disclosed, the participations in federal revenues for the month of May 2025, as well as the procedure followed in the determination and integration of the same. The figures corresponding to the month of May 2025 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the federal entities.

• Table 1. Collectible federal revenue of April 2025, applicable for the calculation of participations for the month of May 2025, in accordance with Articles 2nd and 7th of the Law of Fiscal Coordination.

• Table 2. Integration of the participation funds of May 2025, in accordance with what is established in Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A, 4th-A, 4th-B, 5th and 7th of the Law of Fiscal Coordination.

• Table 3. Calculation of the participation coefficients of the first part of the growth of the General Fund of Participations for 2025, in accordance with Article 2nd of the Law of Fiscal Coordination.
