Agreement establishing actions for elimination, simplification, and administrative improvement of procedures before the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System
The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System (CONSAR) updates homoclave codes and denominations for pension plan registration and prospectus authorization. The agreement converts the submission of advertising material from a registration to a notice, eliminating specific requirements such as free-form request letters for multiple procedures. It reduces resolution deadlines for actuarial registration and electronic pension plan registration to three business days and immediate, respectively. Additionally, CONSAR merges numerous authorization procedures for the organization and operation of AFOREs and SIEFORES into single streamlined processes with updated requirements.
