Agreement Establishing Fees for the Transfer of National Waters
The Agreement establishes specific fee rates for the transfer of national waters for the 2026 fiscal year, applicable to taxpayers who directly transfer or indirectly benefit from the transfer of national waters between different hydrological basins.
