Agreement Establishing Simplification and Administrative Improvement Actions for Procedures Before the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets eliminates specific documentary requirements for six administrative procedures, including the nationalization declaration of properties open to public worship before January 29, 1992, and the authorization of federal property use. The agreement reduces maximum resolution deadlines for these procedures to between 3 and 50 business days and abolishes the procedure for consulting the registry status of properties in the Federal Property Registry. It also establishes new unique formats for the affected procedures and mandates internal normative adjustments within 180 business days of the agreement's entry into force.
