Agreement extending the validity of the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the State of Sonora for the temporary importation of vehicles into the State of Sonora
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the State of Sonora extend the validity of their 2005 agreement regarding the temporary importation of vehicles into Sonora until December 31, 2024. This extension maintains the facilitation of procedures for foreigners and Mexican residents abroad to temporarily enter vehicles into the state without requiring a bond or deposit, provided the vehicles circulate exclusively in the Northwest region of the state. The agreement entered into force the day after its signing on December 19, 2023.
