Agreement for the Disincorporation from the Federal Public Domain Regime and Gratuitous Transfer of the Federal Property 'La Franja Colonia San Felipe de Jesús' to the National Institute of Sustainable Land
The agreement removes the federal property 'La Franja Colonia San Felipe de Jesús' from the federal public domain regime and transfers it gratuitously to the National Institute of Sustainable Land for the regularization of human settlements. The transfer is subject to the condition that the property reverts to the Federation if the Institute fails to use it for the authorized purpose or ceases to need it. The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets is responsible for executing the transfer and monitoring compliance, while the National Institute of Sustainable Land bears all associated taxes, fees, and expenses. The agreement becomes effective the day after its publication in the Official Gazette and expires if the transfer contract is not signed within one year.
