AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1896, in favor of C.

Subject: Agreement granting customs broker patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in official document number 3093 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered, in favor of C. BETSY ATENEA CERVANTES RIZO, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, paragraph I, 17, 18, 26 and 31, paragraphs XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, paragraph VI, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Articles 1, first paragraph, 2, paragraphs II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, paragraphs I and II of the Federal Fees Law in force; Articles 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63 first and last paragraph, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Regulations of the Tax Code; Articles 1, 3, paragraph XVI, 4 first paragraph, Section B, paragraph V, 8 first paragraph, 12 second paragraph, 13 paragraphs VIII, XXIV and LXV, 25 first paragraph, paragraph XXIII, XXVII, First, Third, Seventh and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in the Processing Instruction 40/LA entitled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES AND OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023 and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium, on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of C. BETSY ATENEA CERVANTES RIZO, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent by Call for Applications.

Second. - In view of the above, customs broker patent number 1896 is granted in favor of C. BETSY ATENEA CERVANTES RIZO, to exercise functions with such character before the Customs Office of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport, as the assigned customs office.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Head of the assigned customs office authorized for the customs broker to exercise functions with such character, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is notified to C. BETSY ATENEA CERVANTES RIZO.
