This Agreement incorporates the Federal Government Digital Store as a module of CompraNet to conduct contracting procedures using electronic catalogs derived from framework contracts. It mandates that federal public entities use this module for such procedures and requires national and foreign providers to use the Advanced Electronic Signature issued by the Tax Administration Service. The General Comptroller's Office of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit is responsible for administering the module, ensuring technical compatibility with CompraNet, and issuing an Operations Manual within 45 days of the Agreement's entry into force.
