Agreement Increasing the Social Capital of the National Savings Bank and Financial Services and Reforming Article 7 of its Organic Regulations
The Agreement increases the social capital of the National Savings Bank and Financial Services, Society of Credit, Development Banking Institution, from $1,497,025,000.00 to $1,747,025,000.00 Mexican pesos. It amends the first and second paragraphs of Article 7 of the Institution's Organic Regulations to reflect this new capital amount and the corresponding number of Series A and Series B equity certificates. The Bank is required to register these modifications in the Public Commerce Registry, and the Agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
