Agreement issuing the Manual of Perceptions of Public Servants of the Dependencies and Entities of the Federal Public Administration
The Manual of Perceptions of Public Servants of the Dependencies and Entities of the Federal Public Administration establishes general provisions to regulate remuneration for civil and military personnel, classifying salary tables into central sector curve and specific curve types. It prohibits public servants from receiving remuneration greater than that established for the President of the Republic or equal to or greater than their hierarchical superior, unless justified by technical specialization or multiple jobs, and excludes individuals contracted for professional services under fee regimes from its application. Dependencies and entities must register authorized salary tables with the Human Resources Policy Unit within 45 natural days following authorization by the Budget Policy and Control Unit.
