Agreement Modifying and Adding Provisions to the Organic Regulations of the National Bank of Foreign Trade, National Credit Society, Development Banking Institution
Agreement 135/2024 modifies Articles 7 and 17 and adds Articles 38, 39, and 40 to the Organic Regulations of the National Bank of Foreign Trade (Bancomext). The agreement sets the authorized social capital at $60,000,000,000.00 MXN and the paid-up capital at $44,460,776,500.00 MXN. It updates the convocation periods for the Board of Directors, establishes the legal representation rules for amparo trials involving officials, and authorizes unit heads to issue document certifications. The agreement entered into force on September 30, 2024.
