Agreement Modifying Article 7 of the Organic Regulation of the National Bank of the Army, Air Force and Navy to Increase Social Capital
This agreement modifies Article 7 of the Organic Regulation of the National Bank of the Army, Air Force and Navy, National Credit Society, Development Banking Institution to increase its social capital from $22,614,173,001.80 to $42,919,052,219.35. The increase is represented by 2,832,657,447 paid Series A shares and 1,459,247,775 unpaid Series B shares, each with a nominal value of $10.00. The bank is required to register these modifications in the Public Commerce Registry, and the agreement enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
