The agreement updates the registered capital and paid-in capital amounts and redefines the share structure, specifying 1,223,554,332 Series A certificates and 630,315,868 Series B certificates, each with a nominal value of $10.00. Banco del Bienestar is required to register these modifications in the Public Commerce Registry, and the agreement entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on September 30, 2024.
