Agreement Modifying Article 7 of the Organic Regulations of the National Bank of the Army, Air Force and Navy to Increase Social Capital
This agreement modifies Article 7 of the Organic Regulations of the National Bank of the Army, Air Force and Navy, Sociedad Nacional de Crédito, to increase its social capital from $7,352,576,540.80 to $22,614,173,001.80. The new capital is represented by 1,492,535,418 paid Series A shares and 768,881,882 unpaid Series B shares, each with a nominal value of $10.00. The Bank is required to register these modifications in the Public Commerce Registry, and the agreement entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette on June 30, 2020.
