Agreement Modifying Articles 7, Paragraphs One and Two of the Organic Regulations of Banco del Bienestar to Increase Its Social Capital
The Agreement of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit modifies Article 7 of the Organic Regulations of Banco del Bienestar to increase its social capital from $18,538,702,000.00 to $22,783,702,000.00 Mexican pesos. This change reflects an authorized capital increase of $4,245,000,000.00 and updates the total number of outstanding shares to 2,278,370,200, divided into Series A and Series B certificates. The modifications must be registered in the Public Commerce Registry, and the Agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
