Agreement Modifying the Determination of the Territorial Jurisdiction of Customs and Customs Sections
The National Customs Agency of Mexico amends Article First of the Agreement determining the territorial jurisdiction of customs and customs sections to update the specific municipalities and customs sections assigned to various customs houses, including La Paz, Chihuahua, Cancún, Subteniente López, Guaymas, Ciudad Camargo, Ciudad Miguel Alemán, and Ciudad Reynosa. The agreement establishes that it enters into force once the necessary modifications to the General Rules of Foreign Trade and its Annexes issued by the Tax Administration Service are in effect, while the previous version remains applicable until those modifications are published.
