Agreement Modifying Various Provisions of the Organic Regulations of Nacional Financiera, S.N.C., Development Banking Institution
This Agreement modifies Articles 23, 32, 33, 34, and 35 of the Organic Regulations of Nacional Financiera to update organizational nomenclature, replacing references to "Deputy General Directorates" and "Deputy General Directors" with "Units" and "Unit Heads." The changes authorize Unit Heads to represent the General Director in amparo proceedings, establish succession rules for Unit Heads and Area Directors, allow the General Director to appoint acting heads for vacant units, and grant Unit Heads and Area Directors the authority to issue certifications of documents within their competence. These modifications take effect the day following publication in the Official Gazette.
