LITERARY WORKS; OF VISUAL ARTS; DANCE; MUSIC IN THE SPECIFIC FIELDS OF ORCHESTRA DIRECTION,
INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL EXECUTION OF CONCERT AND JAZZ MUSIC BY WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE AMOUNT GRANTED DURING THE 2025 FISCAL YEAR IS MADE KNOWN REGARDING
THE FISCAL INCENTIVE REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 190, FOURTH PARAGRAPH, SECTION III OF THE INCOME TAX LAW.

in the Editing and Publication of National Literary Works; of Visual Arts; Dance; Music in the specific fields of Orchestra Direction, Instrumental and Vocal Execution of Concert and Jazz Music (Interinstitutional Committee), pursuant to the provisions of Article 190, fourth paragraph, section III of the Income Tax Law (LISR) and in compliance with what is established in Rule 6, section V of the General Rules for the application of the Fiscal Incentive to Projects of Investment in the Production of National Theatrical Art; in the Editing and Publication of National Literary Works; of Visual Arts; Dance; Music in the specific fields of Orchestra Direction, Instrumental and Vocal Execution of Concert and Jazz Music, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 14, 2023 and modified by agreement published in the same official dissemination organ on February 7, 2025 (General Rules), informs:
That during the 2025 fiscal year, an amount of $250,000,000.00 (two hundred fifty million pesos 00/100 M.N.) was authorized, of which $234,558,662.74 (two hundred thirty-four million five hundred fifty-eight thousand six hundred sixty-two pesos 74/100 M.N.) (1)
was distributed for the Fiscal Incentive to Projects of Investment in the Production of National Theatrical Art; in the Editing and Publication of National Literary Works; of Visual Arts; Dance; Music in the specific fields of Orchestra
Direction, Instrumental and Vocal Execution of Concert and Jazz Music
(FIARTES); however, of said amount, $15,441,337.26 (fifteen million four hundred forty-one thousand three hundred thirty-seven 26/100 M.N.) was not exercised. Below, the beneficiaries taxpayers and investment projects are indicated, as well as the amount of the fiscal incentive granted by discipline:

benefit, will not exceed 250 million pesos for investment projects in the production of National Theatrical Art; in the Editing and
Publication of National Literary Works; of Visual Arts; Dance; Music in the specific fields of Orchestra Direction,
Instrumental and Vocal Execution of Concert and Jazz Music.
The Interinstitutional Committee, during the 2025 period, authorized the amount of $250,000,000.00 (two hundred fifty million pesos
00/100 M.N.) for investment projects in the production of National Theatrical Art; in the Editing and Publication of National Literary Works;
of Visual Arts; Dance; Music in the specific fields of Orchestra Direction, Instrumental and Vocal Execution of Concert and Jazz Music, being authorized in its entirety; however, subsequent to the authorization of the fiscal incentive by the Interinstitutional
Committee, 5 Responsible Companies of the Investment Project (ERPI) declined the application of the fiscal incentive by 10 taxpayers; 2 contributing taxpayers decided not to participate in 2 authorized investment projects, declining the application of the
incentive, and 3 contributing taxpayers did not make the transfer to 3 investment projects in the production of National Theatrical Art; in the
Editing and Publication of National Literary Works; of Visual Arts; Dance; Music in the specific fields of Orchestra Direction,
Instrumental and Vocal Execution of Concert and Jazz Music, so a total amount of $15,441,337.26 (fifteen million
four hundred forty-one thousand three hundred thirty-seven 26/100 M.N.) was not exercised. In accordance with the above, the final amount distributed for national investment projects is the sum of the amounts presented in the table of this Agreement.
