Agreement Reforming Provisions of the Guidelines for the Use of Resources for Pavement Actions in Municipalities Derived from the Regularization of Used Foreign Vehicles in 2024
This Agreement amends Articles 1, 4, and 6 of the Guidelines for the exercise of resources destined for pavement actions in municipalities. The amendments clarify the scope of the guidelines, define the 'Decree' regarding the regularization of used foreign vehicles, and stipulate that subsidies to municipalities may only be granted during the fiscal year in which the corresponding revenues are generated. The Agreement entered into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
