This Agreement amends Articles 1 and 4, Section II of the Guidelines for the use of resources for pavement actions in municipalities derived from proceeds from the regularization of used foreign vehicles for fiscal year 2024. The amendments update the definitions and general provisions to align with the extension of the regularization decree's validity until September 30, 2026. The changes specifically clarify the regulatory framework for the application, monitoring, control, accountability, and transparency of resources allocated under General Branch 23 for pavement actions in the affected municipalities. The Agreement entered into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
