Agreement regarding the General Call to obtain a customs agent patent published on June 22, 2023
This agreement renders without effect Section B, Registration and inscription of aspiring persons, of Chapter II, Phases, of the General Call to obtain a customs agent patent published on June 22, 2023. This measure results from irregularities detected in the registration system between June 22 and June 28, 2023, including access errors, exceeded daily application limits, and incorrect folio generation. The selection process will resume only after the oversight bodies of the National Customs Agency of Mexico analyze, resolve, and sanction the detected irregularities.
