The Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets decommissions a federal property measuring 635.68 square meters located in Tecámac, State of Mexico, from the public domain regime and authorizes its sale through public bidding. The sale price must be paid in full by the purchaser and cannot be lower than the value determined in an appraisal issued by the Institute. If the property is not sold during the bidding process, the provisions of Article 85 of the General Law of National Assets apply.
