Agreement to deincorporate federal property and authorize its contribution to Banco del Bienestar
This agreement deincorporates a 704.40 square meter federal commercial property from the public domain and authorizes its contribution to the assets of Banco del Bienestar, allowing the institution to continue using it as a bank branch. The property is located at Avenida Dr. José María Vértiz number 543, Narvarte Oriente, Benito Juárez, Mexico City. Banco del Bienestar is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses related to the operation, and the property will revert to the Federation if the bank ceases its use or changes its designated purpose without prior authorization.
