Agreement to deincorporate federal property 'Area Libre 3 Predio CONAFRUT' and authorize its contribution to the property of the Attorney General's Office
This agreement deincorporates a federal property of 19,041.36 square meters, known as "Area Libre 3 Predio CONAFRUT," from the federal public domain and authorizes its contribution to the property of the Attorney General's Office for the construction of facilities for the Directorate of Explosives and Canine Unit. The Attorney General's Office is required to cover all taxes, fees, and expenses related to the operation and to formalize the contribution contract within one year of the agreement's entry into force. If the property is not used for the authorized purpose, is used differently without authorization, or is no longer needed, it reverts to the federal property, and failure to formalize the contract within the specified timeframe renders the agreement void.
