The agreement deincorporates a 67,000.00 square meter federal property known as Fraccion B El Tormento from the Federal Public Domain and authorizes its donation to the Coordinating Body of Universities for the Well-being Benito Juarez Garcia for use as an educational headquarters for the Agroforestry Engineering program. The recipient entity is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the operation, and must execute the corresponding contract within one year of the agreement's entry into force. If the property is not used for the authorized purpose or the contract is not signed within the specified timeframe without authorization, the property reverts to the Federal Government.
