The Agreement of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets deincorporates the federal property known as Commercial Center No. 250 Vértiz, Fraction 3, from the Federal Public Domain regime and authorizes its donation to the Government of Mexico City. The property, located in the Benito Juárez Alcaldía, is to be used by Mexico City as a ventilation shaft for the Deep Drainage System. If Mexico City ceases to use the property for this purpose or uses it differently without authorization, the property reverts to the Federal Government, and all associated taxes and expenses are borne by Mexico City.
