Agreement to Disincorporate Federal Properties Reforma 211 and Reforma 213 from the Public Domain and Authorize Their Sale
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets authorizes the disincorporation of two federal properties, Reforma 211 and Reforma 213, from the Federal Public Domain regime and permits their sale ad corpus for valuable consideration via public bidding. The properties, located at Avenida Paseo de la Reforma numbers 211 and 213 in Mexico City, have surfaces of 1,621.78 and 1,218.89 square meters respectively. The sale price must be paid in a single installment and cannot be lower than the value determined by the Institute, with all associated taxes and expenses borne by the buyer.
