Agreement to disincorporate from the Federal Public Domain and authorize donation to the Government of the State of Tabasco of the federal property known as the Tabasco State Penitentiary Center
This Agreement disincorporates the Tabasco State Penitentiary Center, a federal property of 751,068.77 square meters, from the Federal Public Domain and authorizes its donation to the Government of the State of Tabasco for use as a state penitentiary. The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets is tasked with executing the donation, while the State Government must cover all associated taxes and expenses. The property reverts to the Federal Government if the State fails to use it for the designated purpose, uses it differently without authorization, or no longer needs it, and the donation contract must be executed within one year of the Agreement's entry into force.
